Local Pick Up & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.  Some custom and Bailey Rae made items may take longer.

If items are not picked up within 30 days, they are considered a donation and will no longer be available for pick up or a refund.

Return Policy

Returns are welcome for 10 business days from the date of purchase.  NO RETURNS ON BOWS, CUSTOM ITEMS OR HOLIDAY ITEMS.

Items can ONLY be returned if the original tags are still on and items are not worn, smells like smoke, or damaged. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!

Once items are shipped out, we are not responsible for the handling process.
